Thanks for shopping at 88 Cycling! We currently do not accept returns or refunds on any products. All sales are final. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We only ship within the United States. Customers also have the option for in-store pickup to reduce shipping costs and wait times. 

We strive to process your online order within 2-3 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
88 Cycling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
